1. NS hiking route Veluwezoom (14 km)
This beautiful route takes you through the hilly heathlands and expansive forests of the Posbank. The hike starts at Dieren train station and ends at Rheden train station, making it an ideal option for those traveling by public transport. Along the way, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Veluwe and have a high chance of spotting wildlife.

2. Posbank loop trail (6 km)
A relatively short yet diverse route that takes you past the most famous highlights of the Posbank. You’ll walk through open heathlands, past stunning viewpoints, and through peaceful forests. The perfect trail for getting a great impression of this remarkable area in a short time.

3. Herikhuizen and the Carolinahoeve (9 km)
This route combines nature with history. You’ll walk through rolling forests and heathlands and pass the ruins of the old Herikhuizen estate. Halfway through the hike, you can take a break at the charming Carolinahoeve, a beautifully secluded spot in the middle of the forest.

4. The Veluwe zwerfpad
